Lambton County has an impressive bike trail network!

Did you know that Lambton County has an impressive bike trail network. Well, it might not be the dedicated trails but since 2001, share the road signs have been posted on country roads. As a motorist, we might have become use to see the “Share the Road” signs. However, they have been posted to educate the population about the respectful of shared roadways.
… in response to increased cycling interest, a 476-kilometre, county-wide, on-road trail corridor was designed to include the natural, heritage and cultural assets of Lambton County. The trail, which meanders along paved, less travelled roads of Lambton, integrates links to Chatham-Kent, Huron and Middlesex counties and the US.

Despite the snowy last few days, Spring is the occasion to have you bike tuned up and take it out for a spin. The roads are ready for sharing!
